Guira Cuckoo

The Guira Cuckoo is the most common cuckoo over a diversity of drier habitats from the mouth of the Amazon south to central Argentina. These cuckoos are highly social and often seen in large flocks which huddle together to keep warm. Photographed in Brazil’s southern Pantanal.
